Hello, everyone.
We have been unable to secure a hall rental for later in the month for our AGM, we were very surprised to see them all booked in this area. Tremayne and I did end up getting a hall BUT it is for this weekend so the AGM will be held this Sunday at 1 PM at the Hebbs Cross Fire Hall, this is the one next to my house.
We apologize for the short notice as we were trying to book for March the 28th. That being said, we have few things to discuss as most things were done at our fall meeting so this weekend will be a good social time as much as anything else. Here are the topics that we will be raising from the exec table:
• Mushamush Ramp repairs
• Update Horseshoe
• Update RBANS
• Set up for 2010 sponsors
• Elections
• Raffle ticket direction
