hi never fished panuke lake befor is there thing to look out for,big rock & things.thanks dontknow

 Yeah, you gotta lookout for lots of "structure" on Panuke, especially in the north end past the old dam.  Fun lake to fish!

Like any new lake you should go at it cautiously until you have an understanding of it. Just north of the launch there's an old dame that's submerged at high water and further north there's a shoal that can also be problematic. There is a channel through the trees and just take your time until you got yourself some plotted trails through it than start expanding on that. I haven't fished it for a few years however I liked taking someone new there and going at WOT through the stumps  Shocked  laughing7

Here's a google image of the area, its at low water and you can see the dam and shoal. have fun.
